Vilniaus Baldai factory in Trakai district
Conresta has been entrusted with the construction of a factory, including administrative facilities, valued at over €50 million for Vilniaus Baldai, one of Lithuania's leading furniture manufacturers.
LIDL Lithuania logistics centre
Lidl, the supermarket chain expanding its presence in Lithuania, has commenced the construction of its second logistics centre. The new logistics centre will be located in Vilnius, near Lentvaris, covering an area of approximately 64,000 square metres. The investment in the project will amount to approximately €100 million. The logistics centre is scheduled to begin operations in 2024. The general contracting works are carried out by Conres.
Litgrid system management and data security centre
In May 2018, the general contracting company Conresta was entrusted with the construction of a critical economic project, which had been recognised by the Government in September 2015 as being of national importance – the Litgrid AB system management and data security centre. The investment is valued at approximately €10 million.
